Okay, it's been a long time since I've been on my blog! Spring is here, golf has begun and we've had controversy over the golf course. Finally, that is settled and the golf course members are going to manage the course and the home owners will not be involved.

with lots of activities for the whole family. My mom and dad are visiting and we plan to attend most of the events. Hope the weather turns sunny and warm!

Home sales have picked up and we've sold more homes to date than we did last year at this time. The average price is less but at least some buyers are buying! In all of Sequim 66 homes have been sold at an average price of $270,000.
